Crystal R. Moore, Founder /Chairperson/Executive Director

Crystal is a native of Jersey City, New Jersey. She is a member of the Professional Woman Network and a Certified
Professional Youth Trainer. She attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts
in Psychology and an Associates in Criminal Justice and she is a former Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Caldwell
College, in Caldwell NJ. In addition to that position, she was an instructor for the Jersey City Public Schools Super Saturday
Program during their inaugural year, where she taught Law & Vocal Training to students in grades 3-8. Her professional
background also includes marketing, event planning and finances. She is an active member of Elizabeth Baptist Church
participating in the Music & Arts ministry.
Adawn M. Law, Vice Chair/Program Director
Adawn is a native of Jersey City, NJ, where she attended New Jersey City State University(formerly Jersey City State College).
There she majored in English and was a certified Substitute Teacher for the Jersey City Public School System. She is a
member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated. In addition to education, her background also includes marketing and
event planning.
Salindra G. Law, Board Secretary/Administrative Coordinator
Salindra is a native of Georgia. She has received her Bachelor of Science Degree, in Nursing from Clayton State College. She
has a background in office administration and banking.
Sheronda Sims, Board Member
Sheronda is a native of Florida. She has a background that includes Public Relations, Legal and Office Administration and is
an Entrepreneur. She is currently working in the entertainment industry on the gospel show Rhythm & Gospel.
